Innovative Cash offers a fully staffed, Canadian based, customer support service centre for its customer's as well as cardholders'. The hours of operation are:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am MST to 6:30pm MST
Friday: 8:00am MST to 6:00pm MST
Saturday: 9:00am MST to 3:00pm MST
Sunday: normally closed except by appointmnet only
